**Class recordings will be available for unlimited streaming throughout the session in case you miss a class or want to practice more on your own at home.

Class Description

This is an all levels yoga class that's great for those who are brand new to yoga, as well experienced students seeking a deeper meditative experience.  This class emphasizes the mindful aspects of yoga - cultivating the qualities of deep attention, compassion and non-judgement. We also take a mindful approach to asana (yoga postures) practice - taking time to warm up the body and cultivating a deep inner focus using breath and moving meditations. After some challenging postures and longer holds, we end with a long guided meditation.

Includes:

*A live Zoom class each Wednesday at 7:00 PM. All classes will be available for unlimited streaming for 12 weeks - So you never miss a class!

*Weekly emails with poems, commentary and practices. (These are yours to keep).
