Class Description

Join me for the spring session of Mindful Yoga where we'll ease into the transition of spring with teachings and practices from Ayurveda, Yoga's sister science and focus on our innate connection to all of life and awakening & expanding life-force energy. 

Each class will begin with pranayama and meditative movement to create warmth and presence, moving into long holdings to build heat, focus, strength & balance. We’ll end with a long, deep relaxation, to help us to tap into the gifts of silence and stillness.

This class is appropriate for students of all levels including beginners and is especially beneficial for those working  with illness, injury or other limitations.

Includes:

*A live Zoom class each Wednesday at 6:00 PM. All classes will be available for unlimited streaming for 10 weeks - So you never miss a class!

*Weekly emails with poems, commentary and practices. (These are yours to keep).
